Jackson Square Shopping Centre is thrilled to announce our search for an inspiring Charity of the Year partner. This is an incredible opportunity for a local charity to amplify their impact, reach thousands of visitors, and build lasting connections within our vibrant community hub.
We’re looking for a passionate, dedicated charity ready to embark on a year-long partnership that will bring meaningful change to our shared community. Together, we’ll create memorable events, raise vital funds, and demonstrate the power of collaboration for charitable causes.
What are we looking for in our Charity of the Year partner?
Event Participation & Presence
- Attendance at all four Jackson Fayres (minimum one per quarter)
- Commitment to at least one day within our Christmas Community Countdown
- One event or activation per month booked and delivered with us
Communication & Transparency
- Transparent reporting of all donation figures, including donations received on site, funds raised through events etc
- A named main contact responsible for coordination and decision-making
- Clear, timely, and consistent communication with our main point of contact
Engagement & Collaboration
- An active and positive social media presence, including sharing and promoting joint activities
- Confidence engaging with the public — comfortable being photographed, filmed, and interviewed when required
- Willingness to co-create campaigns or fundraising ideas with us
- Use of branding and messaging that aligns with ours
Impact & Compliance
- Ability to provide impact updates through stories, statistics, results, outcomes, or case studies we can share with the community
- Compliance with all safeguarding, insurance, and risk assessment requirements for events
What can our Charity of the Year expect from us?
Financial Support
- 100% of donations raised at Jackson Fayres allocated to your charity
- All community groups asked to donate a percentage of earnings or make charitable donations will be directed to your charity as the primary beneficiary
Marketing & Promotion
- Full social media support, including promotion of events, campaigns, and key messages
- Inclusion in press, PR, or media opportunities where relevant
- Support with campaign launches or key awareness dates
Operational Support
- On-site presence within the mall, where appropriate
- Priority consideration for dates and locations within the mall for events and activations (where possible)
- Volunteer time from our team, subject to availability and operational needs
- Access to footfall and engagement insights where available to help demonstrate impact
