Accessibility

Access to the centre
Jackson Square is fully accessible with step free access into the Centre from Potter Street and Riverside. We also have a lift providing access to and from Bridge Street.

Accessible Parking
The Jackson Square Car Park is conveniently located adjacent to the Centre. Larger parking bays are located on both floors of the car park. Blue Badge holders are able to park in the car park free of charge but must display their blue badge at all times. We encourage you to use the designated blue badge spaces as a priority when available.

The car park is managed by East Herts District Council. For any other parking enquiries please call 01279 655 261 (EHDC) or email parking@eastherts.gov.uk

Accessible Toilets
Accessible toilet facilities are located near to the Centre’s Riverside entrance. Facilities are secured with a RADAR key to prevent misuse. Should you not have a RADAR key on you during your visit and require access, please ask a member of the Centre team who will be happy to assist. Additional accessible toilet facilities can also be found within Starbucks and Sainsbury’s.

Assistance Dogs
Trained assistance dogs are welcomed throughout the entire Centre. All other dogs are permitted within the public mall areas but are subject to each shop’s own internal policy.

Help and Support
Our Centre Team are here to support all of our customers, regardless of their needs. So should you be in need of any assistance or have any queries during your visit then please do come and speak with us and we’ll do our best to help where we can.
